Tissot is a luxury watchmaking company founded in 1853 in the Le Locle region of Switzerland by father and son Charles-Félicien Tissot and Charles--Ѐmile Tissot. The brand has been at the forefront of some of the most important inventions in the watch industry. Since its conception and with the introduction of the first pocket watch with two time zones, Tissot has been a leader in the watch world. Apart from being known for the extraordinary engineering of its watches, the brand’s watches hold a distinctive elegant design, achieved by few other brands. 

The PRX is Tissot’s newest addition. The watch is inspired by retro models from the 1970s and tries to reinterpret them for the modern consumer. The watch specifically evokes the thinner case designs from the beginning of the Quartz cases. Though influenced by the past, the PRX watches still manage to break through and offer us something fresh and unique.

• This chronograph model exhibits a graded green dial with three sub-dials and a date aperture between 4 and 5 o’clock. 
• The dial also features silver-tone baton indices and silver-tone hour and minute hands that are filled with SuperLuminova. The second hand is silver-tone. 
• A tonneau-shaped stainless steel case frames the dial. The case measures 42mm in diameter. 
• Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, with an anti-reflective coating, protects the dial. 
• An exhibition case back allows the wearer to observe the movement that powers the watch. 
• Functions on the watch include a central 60-second chronograph hand, 30 minutes and 60 seconds counters, and 12 hours. 
• The watch is finished with a stainless steel bracelet that fastens with a butterfly clasp and push-buttons. 
• The watch is water-resistant up to 100 metres (10 bar).
