In 1939, a Finnish soldier was shot during the Winter War. He lived to tell the tale as the bullet hit the Sunnto M-311 field compass in his pocket instead. Suunto doesn’t believe in luck, rather that for over 80 years they have been creating products that will never let you down; this moment perfectly showcases that. Super Sustainable Suunto has been a trusted companion in the outdoors since 1936. The brand uses 100% renewable energy at their factory and headquarters in Finland, which has enabled close to zero emissions, in their own operations, since 2021.
