InformationAt James Moore & Co, we operate a seven-day delivery service. Choose a preferred delivery date and time at the checkout (for in-stock items only) and we will book the appropriate courier to accommodate your request. All deliveries are insured and a signature may be required.
For same-day dispatch, order any in-stock item before 4 pm Monday-Friday or 11:30 am Saturday.
Most orders arrive on the next postal day free of charge, but you can also upgrade to timed next-day delivery during checkout. For additional information on delivery methods and prices, see the table below.

Click & Collect
We now offer Click & Collect from our Kenilworth store, Simply choose this option at checkout and we will notify you once your item is available for collection. This can be as quick as the same day!
Next-Day Delivery Information
Orders with all items in stock will be sent with next-day delivery services - provided that this is selected during checkout. While some orders qualify for this free of charge, others require an upgrade fee to be paid. If you have any special requirements regarding your delivery, contact us on 01926 298 499.
Next-day delivery is available for orders placed Monday-Friday before the 4 pm cut-off. We will book the appropriate courier to accommodate your request. But it’s important to note that some deliveries may be delayed, for example, due to adverse weather conditions. If there is an issue with your order, we will endeavour to notify you by email or text.
Almost all UK postcodes qualify for next-day delivery. However, some remote locations such as parts of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the non-mainland UK, may require an extra day. On rare occasions, we may find that we are unable to dispatch your order due to stock or quality control issues. If that is the case, you will be notified.
*Please note, while we use a next day delivery service, occasionally delays with the postage services (for example, severe weather) which are out of our control may delay deliveries. Deliveries do not take place on bank holidays.
Out of Stock Estimated Delivery Dates
For items that are out of stock, we make an estimate based on the lead time for the product from the manufacturer plus the time taken to deliver them with a next-day service. We do not charge for your order until we are ready to dispatch the item and you may cancel at any time before it is dispatched. However, with PayPal and Amazon, you are charged immediately and you can only request a refund before the item is dispatched. If there is an unforeseen delay on an out-of-stock item, which would ultimately affect our delivery estimate, we will send you an email to let you know.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to over 100 countries across the world, with specific prices and timescales available to view at checkout. However, some brands may be restricted to some countries due to brand-imposed restrictions.
Custom Duties & Taxes
All prices on our website include UK VAT at the current rate. For those visiting the UK, you may request a VAT refund form. This will allow you to claim back the VAT on your purchase when you leave the country (provided it is within three months of your purchase). Please contact us if you would like to request a form.
