A Brief History of Allemano Founded in 1856 by Giuseppe Allemano, the company originally started in the field of heavy carpentry. Its production of steam- powered road rollers used in the construction of roads changed at the beginning of the 20th Century thanks to the experience acquired in the control of pressure, heading towards measuring tools for the control of pressure and temperatures. During the First World War, the factory specialised in the manufacturing of measuring instruments for many different applications and also the very first Italian automobiles. In 1929, Giuseppe’s son, Felice, renamed the company ‘Allemano F. & Figli’, intensifying the precision mechanics for the construction of very high precision monometers, thermometers and dynamometers, defining the logo which is currently used. Today, after almost a century, a full range of high-quality products for the measurement of pressure, temperature and forces in various fields of use is available. Their range of watches was born in 2019, with a design closely related to the past and with the desire to return visible as once in the present. Allemano Style Allemano offers a harmonious blend of Italian design with Swiss precision.
