Swatch was founded in 1983 by Ernst Thomke, Elmar Mock and Jacques Müller. The brand was built in response to the ‘quartz crisis’ of the 1970s. The majority of the brand’s watches use precise and reliable quartz movements, ensuring that they are affordable and high-quality. Swatch created fun, colourful and budget-friendly timepieces in a huge variety of styles. • This model is created in collaboration with Swatch Proteam athlete and mountain biker Sam Pilgrim.  
• The model features a transparent dial with grey and black details to make it look like the wheel of a bicycle.
• The dial also features black and red hour and minute hands, and a red second hand. For optimal readability, they each feature a luminescent coating. 
• A transparent matte biosourced case, with biosourced glass, frames the dial. The case measures 47mm in diameter and 11.75mm in thickness. 
• The case is accented by a matte black biosourced bezel, with white Arabic numerals, and a matte red crown with a print of a singular white tooth.
• The timepiece is finished with a structured matte black silicone strap with matte black loops and a matte black half-buckle. The loops feature Sam Pilgrim’s signature in a multi-coloured print. 
• A quartz movement powers the watch. 
• This watch is splash-resistant and should not be submerged in water.
