The Sinn U2 Collection is a family of diver’s watches that are precisely engineered to be able to withstand adverse diving conditions. Each of the U2 watches is made of German Submarine Steel to ensure a high-strength and seawater-resistant case. Sinn are known for pushing their watches to the limit, and this collection is no exception. Each watch is tested based on European diving equipment standards and certified by DNV GL, so the watches will be reliable and robust to accompany a diver on even the most challenging dives. 

Core Features of the U2 Collection: 

• Each of the Sinn U2 watches is made of high-strength, seawater-resistant German Submarine Steel. 
• The captive diver’s bezel of each watch uses TEGIMENT Technology to make it robust and scratch resistant. The bezel is minute ratcheting and features a luminous key mark. 
• The U2 watches use Ar-Dehumidifying Technology to ensure higher functional reliability and reduce fogging. The watches feature EDR seals and the case is filled with a protective gas which works alongside three drying capsules to keep the interior of the watch dry. 
• Temperature Resistance Technology ensures that the watches will remain functionally reliable from -45˚C to +80˚C. 
• The dial of every U2 watch is protected by a slightly domed 4.2mm thick sapphire glass. It is treated to be anti-reflective on both sides. 
• Each of the watches are water-resistant and pressure-resistant to 2000m diving depth (200 bar), certified by DNV GL. The screw fastened case back and screwable crown further the water-resistance. The watches meet the technical requirements for waterproofness, as set out in standard DIN 8310 and according to the technical demands for the diving norm DIN 8306. They are tested based on European diving equipment standards EN 250/ EN 14143 and certified by DNV GL. The watches are also resistant to low pressure. 
• All of the U2 watches are powered by an SW 330-1 self-winding mechanism. It uses 25 bearing jewels and 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour to power the watch. The movement features a seconds stop function and is anti-magnetic as per DIN 8309. 
• The watches in this collection have a case diameter of 44mm, a band lug width of 22mm, and a case thickness of 15.5mm. They each weigh 114 grams without a strap.

• This model is made of German Submarine Steel. 
• The bezel has a black PVD coating on a TEGIMENT Technology base. 
• The crown is placed at 4 o’clock so it does not put pressure on the back of the hand. 
• The matte black dial features a second time zone on a 24-hour basis. 
• A date aperture can be found at the 3 o’clock point. 
• The indices, and hour, minute, and second hands are coated with luminescent colour. 
• This watch is finished with a high-quality red silicone strap that is integrated into the case. The strap fastens with a folding clasp and is embossed with the Sinn logo.
