MeisterSinger was founded in 2001 and takes its name from a group of middle-class poets and singers from the 15th and 16th Century. The brand’s logo is a fermata, the symbol for rest in musical notation. MeisterSinger is heavily inspired by the first mechanical clocks of the Middle Ages as they only had one hand. During this period of history, people had no need for precise timing, so an idea of the time would suffice. By adopting this philosophy, the brand allows the wearer to focus on the quality of their time, rather than the quantity. This places an acute awareness on how time is spent instead of how quickly it passes. MesiterSinger aims for simplicity and clarity in all of their designs. The classic styles of the brand are timeless with little regard for trends and styles. 

Flaunting its distinctive 1960s flair, the Neo collection features a clean and self-assured design. It’s one of the brand’s more minimalistic collections, with each model featuring a singular hand and a date aperture at the 6 o’clock position. With a case thickness of only 9.7mm, the Neo also has an elegant profile that sits well against the wrist. 

Core Features of the Neo Collection: 

• The watches in the Neo Collection all have the iconic MeisterSinger single-hand design. 
• At the 6 o’clock position on each of the dials in this collection, there is a circular date display.
• All of the Neo watches are at least splash-resistant. 

Model Specifications NES903-SB117: 

• This model features a minimalistic ivory dial. 
• The dial exhibits black double-digit Arabic numerals as well as a singular black central hand. There are also black baton indices next to the hour markers to accent the design. 
• A stainless steel case frames the dial. The case measures 36mm in diameter and 9.7mm in thickness. 
• A domed and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial. 
• The watch is water-resistant up to 50 metres (5 bar). 
• A Swiss-made Sellita SW200 automatic movement powers the watch. It has been specially modified for MeisterSinger’s single-hand watches and the rotor provides the watch with a 38-hour power reserve.  
• The watch is finished with a pine green leather strap that fastens with a pin buckle.
