Junghans was founded in 1861 by Erhard Junghans and began creating their first clocks in 1866. The brand is characterised by their skilled craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. This collection is inspired by Junghans' role as the official timekeeper for the Olympic Gams in Munich, 1972. • This limited edition model exhibits a matte blue dial with a vertical light grey stripe through its centre and two black sub-dials with red hands. 
• A date aperture is positioned between 4 and 5 o'clock. 
• The dial features silver baton indices and silver hour, minute and second hands. The number 6 is enlarged on the dial to look like a start number to emulate a classic racing aesthetic. The hands and indices are coated with a white luminous substance. 
• A stainless steel case, with a unidirectional rotating bezel, frames the dial. It measures 43.3mm in diameter and 11.3mm in depth. 
• The screwed stainless steel case back features an edition motif engraving. 
• A blue leather strap secures this watch. It features three circular cutouts and a black lining with a light grey seam. The strap fastens with a stainless steel pin buckle.
