Duckworth Prestex’s origin story spans back almost a century. The Duckworth family business, Prestons, was founded back in 1869 in Bolton. The firm began making pocket watches in the 1920s, which were branded under the name of ‘Prestex’. Despite its success, the Prestex brand was discontinued in the 1960s to prioritise other ventures through Prestons. After 20 years of mourning, Neil Duckworth made the decision to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps and revive the Prestex brand. Using experience from his long career in watchmaking, Duckworth launched ‘Duckworth Prestex’ to pay homage to both his family and the former beloved Prestex brand. The Duckworth Prestex Lostock Collection is named after the residential suburb of Bolton of the same name. ‘Lostock’ is the home of Bolton Golf Club and Bolton Tennis Club, where Neil Duckworth and generations of Duckworth have played these two sports. Inspired by this, the collection consists of robust and stylish sports chronographs, perfect for active individuals and watch enthusiasts alike.

• This chronograph model exhibits a yellow tennis motif dial with two sub-dials and a date aperture at 6 o’clock. The sub-dials showcase a 60-minute counter and continuous seconds. 
• The dial also features applied baton indices, black-outlined hour and minute hands and a blue seconds hand. 
• A round stainless steel case frames the dial. The case measures 40mm in diameter, 13mm in thickness and 47mm from lug to lug. 
• Securing the watch to the wrist is a black moulded rubber strap. The strap fastens with a double-folding stainless steel buckle. 
• This watch is water-resistant up to 200 metres (20 bar).
