This beautiful engagement ring is crafted from platinum. Platinum is a very desirable choice in engagement rings as it is a very durable metal that is well suited to daily wear. The shank of the platinum band tapers from 2.5mm to 1.5mm with knife-edge shoulders and a D section shank.  A single 0.50ct solitaire round brilliant cut diamond is set at the centre of the ring. It is held by a twisted four claw setting. This twist detailing adds a modern touch to this classic engagement ring design.
